How are your fabrics sold?

All fabrics are sold by the half-yard. To order one full yard, please enter '2' in the quantity box. Your fabric will always be cut in one continuous piece.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of cut-to-order goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges on fabric. If there is a flaw or an error with your order, please contact us within 30 days so we can make it right.

Should I pre-wash my fabric?

We highly recommend pre-washing your fabric in the same manner you intend to wash the finished garment. This ensures that any shrinkage occurs before you cut and sew your project.

How can I match thread to my fabric?

We offer a 'Thread Matching' service where we select the best Gütermann all-purpose thread to match your fabric. Simply add the thread matching item to your cart along with your fabric selection.

Are your fabrics sustainably sourced?

We prioritize eco-friendly textiles, including Tencel, organic cotton, and deadstock fabrics. Detailed information about the composition and origin of each fabric can be found on its individual product page.
