At Blackbird Fabrics, we want you to love your materials, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unwashed and uncut fabric. Please note that patterns, notions, and sale items are considered final sale to maintain the quality of our inventory.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your fabric is in its original condition, unwashed, and uncut, and that your request is within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Submit a Request

  Email our customer support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible and include a note with your order number and authorization details.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus shipping fees.
